Furthermore, the IP address is analyzed in the event of attacks on the network infrastructure of www.perform-pt.ch and for statistical purposes.

Conversion tracking
We use the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and conversion tracking as part of Google AdWords. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). When you click on an advertisement placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is stored on your computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification. Note on data transfers to the USA

Right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing; right to data portability

You also have the right to request that we return the data that you have provided to us. On request, we will also pass the data on to a third party of your choice. You have the right to receive the data in a commonly used file format.

Storage of data
We only store personal data for as long as is necessary to use the above-mentioned tracking, advertising and analysis services within the scope of our legitimate interest, to perform services that you have requested or for which you have given your consent, and to comply with our legal obligations.
Contract data is stored by us for longer as this is required by statutory retention obligations. Retention obligations that oblige us to retain data result from accounting and tax regulations. According to these regulations, business communication, concluded contracts and accounting documents must be stored for up to 10 years or, in the case of users residing in France, for up to 5 years. If we no longer need this data to perform the services for you, the data will be blocked. This means that the data may then only be used for accounting and tax purposes.
